Conall McCabe comes from Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland.
Bray is called the gateway to the Garden of Ireland (Co. Wicklow). It is a seaside town surrounded by mountains with it's famous Bray Head Cross erected by Conall's grand-uncle. His great grandfather was the Harbour Master in Bray and his family have been intimately involved in the Arts and Music activities in Bray for many years.
He studied Sculpture, Painting and Drawing in England and the USA (New York Academy of Art).
Between his studies in England and New York he won a major sculpture commission (The Dublin Martyrs).
He now lives in Bray where he has established his studio. He has had two sell-out solo shows to dateand is working towards his third solo show in 2009 (venue TBA).
